The average student has between 35-45 hours of driving experience before they take their test.
The syllabus is based on the guidelines from the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency. However, each student has different abilities and learning styles and so I will tailor the experience to your specific needs.

I am a friendly and flexible driving instructor. With notice, I can pick you up from your school/ college/ work/ home. Let me know and I will see what I can do.
In most cases we need 48 hours notice of cancellation or the lesson must be paid for.
If you have paid in advance for your lessons and can no longer attend, the lessons you have taken will be charged at the normal standard rate, not the discounted block booking rate. Effectively, you will be refunded the remaining balance after this deduction.
The standard lesson is 2 hours. Two hours is preferred as this gives more scope for driving to other towns and for developing full understanding of a topic. We also offer 1 hour and 1.5 hours, speack to your instructor.
You can only apply for your practical test after you have passed your theory test. The practical test may have an extended wait time of around 4-10 weeks. Your instructor will advise you of when you should apply for your test.
All pupils are given a log book to record progress.
Yes, I am glad to say that I offer the Pass Plus course to students to further develop their driving experience after passing their test. The course includes all-weather driving, night-time driving and motorway experience and more. Having a Pass Plus certificate can significantly reduce your car insurance (subject to insurer). Ask me for more information.
